If you have been following the Josh Buxton music story, then you might know that he is one hellava lucky boy!
Moving from the dusty streets of Bugiri into Kampala, straight to the Uganda Music Awards (TUMA) to getting a white girlfriend cum manager, this hunky dude has done alotta things that his age-mate musicians haven’t achieved even by half in their music journey.
After establishing a music label company, Scope Music, with his white girlfriend, Mirembe Jennifer, and setting up a charity project Stand up 4 Kids with Josh Buxton, the lanky Mperekera hit-maker has been assigned a duty by the NATIONAL COALTION OF HUMAN RIGHTS DEFENDERS (NCHRD) as its co-coordinator on its Busoga Region Executive Committee. He will be over-seeing its activities in the districts of Bugiri and Namayingo.
The NCHRD is an umbrella organization that caters for organizations and individuals that protect and defend the rights of different people—children, women and journalists, etc.
At such a young age, Josh Buxton, who is recording a monster hit, might be soon touching the golden sky.
Meanwhile, word has it that he is soon getting married to his long-time girlfriend.
