Avril's Steaming 'Kitoko' Comeback with L Rice

It has been a minute since we heard from Kenya's queen of RnB Avril. She has been away for a little while attending to new mommy duties and we love the energetic comeback.
Wise teaming up with Congo’s lingala sensation L Rice to serve us a hot dose of ‘Kitoko’. A congolese word that translates to ‘Beautiful and this particular track is indeed beautiful.
Avril steps out of her comfort zone to explore the deep and addictive roots of lingala-rhumba. The production is a combination mastery of Kenya’s signature pop sound and the all popular lingala-rhumba style. The two share a kiswahili-lingala chemistry that brings out an exquisite mix of both their vocal styles.
The video takes a minimalistic approach but does not tone down on savouring Avril’s explosive beauty and L Rice’s waist magic on that signature congolese rhumba dance. Low on light but bold in colour, it's candy for the eye and honey for the ear.
This track is definitely hit material; believe it, in only 48 hours or less, we are talking, way over 52, 000 views on youtube. What a way to reappear Avril? Simply ‘Beautiful.
