Meet Man Behind One of Kenya's Best Selling Music Album

Kenyans woke up to the sad news of the death of former Chairman of the Youth Enterprise and Development Fund Bruce Odhiambo on Tuesday morning. 

Odhiambo died at the Nairobi Hospital after a long battle with what has been termed as cardiac ailment.

Many Kenyans knew him during his time as the Youth Fund boss between 2013 and 2016, but most Kenyan musicians know him as an accomplished musician and producer.

During the 1980’s and 1990’s, he played with Mombasa based Safari Band and the Spartans. During his time with Safari Band, they recorded and released an all time best selling album titled Mambo Jambo which contained all time hits such as Jambo Bwana and Malaika.
