Diamond and Rayvanny slapped with Tough conditions as new song gets Banned

Vijana wa Wasafi wanapata taabu sana. Diamond Platnumz and Rayvanny have been slapped with tough conditions hours after their new song “Mwanza” was banned by the government through its Music Regulatory Board popularly known as BASATA.

Speaking during a press conference, BASATA’S Executive secretary Godfrey Muingereza outlined a number of conditions that Diamond and his team should adhere to following the ban.

The new song was banned on Monday from being played on any TV and Radio stations in Tanzania on grounds that it didn't meet the required threshold for public consumption due its lyrics.
