KENYA: Muhanjii Releases New Single "Chenda Chenda" Official Video

The quickly rising Hiphop Star, Muhanjii, releases the official music video of yet another single since the release of “Rap Up” that premiered late 2017, and most recent ''On Time'' which was released two weeks ago. “Chenda Chenda”. This song is an eccentric fusion that marries two African cultures - South African and Kenyan(Predominantly Western Region). It is one that combines the GQOM beat that originated from South Africa, and Muhanjii’s native language and instrumentation, Luhya.

This sets yet another tone to Muhanjii’s ‘no rest’ pace, after just releasing “On Time” two weeks ago, off his self titled EP. He continues to show his diverse ways of sharing the truths in his music, and can clearly be seen in the creativity embedded in this particular song.

The song itself is an encouragement to everyone, that heaven is accessible to all that believe in Jesus Christ. An open call to all people, no matter the age, race, etc to come together in the journey to heaven. It is also a celebratory song, of a hopeful Christian whose joy is solely based on one day seeing his/her savior. It is one that will leave you up on your feet, dancing along to the amazing beats and humming along to the catchy lyrics.
