JAY-Z Cuts Short His Show To Inspire

American rapper, Jay Z has recently been giving words that inspire the society in one way or another.

On November 21st, he cut short his show to speak to a nine-year old girl:

"You can be anything you want to be when you grow up. And I'll tell you something; At this very moment, America is way more sexist than they are racist. Now you, young lady, you got the potential to be the next President of the United States. You believe that. You understand?", he said.
