6 September 2017
Starehe Constituency MP, Charles Njagua Kanyi, popularly known by his artist name Jaguar, has toured various places in his constituency.
Jaguar who was sworn in several days ago, visited Ngara and promised to construct a wall to separate Ngara Girls High School and other buildings. He also visited Muthurwa Market.
Through Instagram, Jaguar has always been showing the world what he is up-to as a leader. This is what he wrote;
"Visited Muthurwa Market which is amongst the largest open air markets we have in our country. The greatest challenge facing traders in the market has always been drainage, timely garbage collection and high charges on cess payments".
"I assured the traders that I will liase on their behalf with the County and National Government to have these challenges addressed so that they can conduct their business in a conducive environment. I also thank our Governor, Hon.Mike Sonko for taking time to visit the market and assess the situation after meeting him yesterday", he added.
