US R&B Singer Omarion Is Coming To Nairobi

Omarion, an  American singer, songwriter, rapper, actor and dancer will be will entertaining Nairobi fans at the Afro pop festival on 3rd June, during the Madaraka holiday.

Omarion who now has a hit song dubbed Distance is one lad that was the lead singer of the American R&B boy band B2K. He is now a solo artiste known for tracks including Ice Box, Post To Be,  BDY On me.

Talking about his recent song, Omarion said;

“Distance truly represents me arriving as an artist and as a creator, I’ve been more involved with everything from the concept to the editing. ‘Distance’ is the   re-emergence of me as a director, fashion icon, performer, and entertainer who speaks multiple creative languages.”

As one of the youngest veterans in the industry, Omarion has enriched the music landscape as a chart-topping, multi-platinum Grammy Award-nominated singer, producer and actor for over two decades.

“After all of this time, everything makes sense. I’ve matured as a man and evolved as an artist. This is the new level; the new wave; the new sound.  This is the new Omarion,” Omarion said.

Omarion has received a grammy Award nomination for Best Contemporary R&B Album and has won several BET Awards. He has further shined in acting too, with his fiercing character in You Got Served, to starring in the series Love & Hip Hop.
