Prestigious Hipipo Music awards were awarded on 30th Jan 2016 at Kampala Serena Hotel. The Awards are 100% fans decided and the organizers say that they have no say in the results. Urban ‘Kadondo Kamu’ singer David Lutalo emerged as Artist of the Year, and Best Male Artist.
Voting was done via online voting and through SMS voting where the user who voted many times was to win a Convertible Peugeot 207 car and this was taken by Igama Benedict. Below is a list of who won what at the Hipipo Music Awards this
