This group brought about a new era in the world of music by not being afraid to show their emotions to the world. At a time when this unique aspect in music was lost, they brought soul back and adorned it in a happy feel gown. Ladies meet the first group in the Best Group category with three entries and two nominations so far, Elani!

The trio have three songs in this category up for a possible award; Barua, Kookoo and Milele. Coincidentally all three of these songs were released in almost perfect succession, an event that almost stopped the Kenyan musical Kenyan clock; they are really that good!

However, they are going up against some of the biggest musical names in the industry and to be modest on naming, Sauti Sol is one of these gladiators they are to face in this arena!
