AFRICA :Akon To Host Afrima Awards 2017

American hip hop superstar, Aliaume Badara 'Akon' is expected to be the host of the All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA) 2017. The awards will be happening on November 12 next week at the Eko Convention Centre, Lagos.
The Senegal-born artist, will be hosting the event alongside Sophia Aiida a Tv Presenter from Cameroon. Akon took to his Instagram to express his excitement after he got the chance.
"I think it's a great honour to be the host of this year's AFRIMA. It is not something to miss when you love good music or your a stakeholder", Akon wrote.
