The Power Of The Spell: How A Grandmother's Witchcraft Changed The Lives Of Two Best Friends

In a world where the line between reality and the supernatural blurs, an extraordinary tale unfolds, exposing the mysterious realm of enchantment. Lillian (not her real name) narrates how she, with the help of her grandmother, bewitched her best friend.

Lillian reveals that she was a slow learner at school. She performed poorly in her exams and would always rank last in class. Her best friend, Sharon (not her real name), was the complete opposite. She was bright and would always scoop top academic awards at school.

One day Lillian's grandmother attended a parent's meeting at the school. During the meeting, Sharon was named among the best-performing students. Lillian, on the other hand, was nowhere near the top of the class. This angered the grandmother. She was so disappointed in Lillian's performance that later on that day upon arrival at her home, she questioned her on the poor performance.

Lillian confessed to her grandmother that she had a hard time understanding what was being taught in class. To her surprise, the grandmother offered a solution that would make her like her best friend Sharon. The grandmother instructed Lillian to secretly fetch her best friend's exercise books and bring them to her the following day.

Little did Lillian know that her seemingly ordinary friendship with Sharon would take a bizarre turn. After completing the witchcraft, the grandmother gave the exercise books back to Lillian and instructed her to return them to Sharon's locker. From that day, the tables turned, Lillian started taking the top spots in the class as her friend Sharon performed poorly. Eventually, when they did the national exams, Lillian passed with flying colors and joined the university as Sharon failed to achieve the required points.

Fast-forward to the time of the confession, Lillian was employed with a good job while her friend Sharon was a house help. Lillian says she feels sad about how Sharon's life turned out, but at the same time, she is helpless as she cannot confess the truth to her.
