KENYA: Lingala Legend Koffi Olomide Shuts Down Nairobi at the 11th Koroga Festival (PHOTOS)

The weekend was lit up. Full of fan filled events for both the young and the old and if you didn’t take full advantage of the just concluded weekend, well then there’s always next time. But until then we got you covered with some of the biggest happenings of the weekend.
The 11th edition of the Koroga Festival featuring Congolese Lingala star Koffi Olomide, is by far the most talked about event from this weekend.
It all went down at the Nairobi Arboretum Gardens on Sunnday 13, March 2016. And pretty much the whole of Nairobi was there.
It had been ten years since Koffi’s last performance in Kenya and this was by far his biggest. He performed some of his greatest hits from his Ultimatum Album to some of his new songs.
But what stood out the most was his showmanship from the singing, dancing and let’s not forget his outfit which isn’t something you’d see someone of his age spotting.
