Dax Vibez, Zex Bilangilangi ‘Misege’: New Music Uganda

Fast-rising Ugandan artist Zex Bilangilangi has teamed up with Dax Vibez for a new song dubbed 'Misege'.

'Misege' (a Luganda slang used to describe a certain group of people especially sneaky) preaches hope for the future. The two artists encourage all young people to work hard and attain a good life. The dancehall song was produced by Jafo Pon di Beat.

According to the artists, 'Misege' is a dedication to all the ghetto youths who made it in life and proudly embrace where they came from and what they went through to achieve what they have right now.

"Dedication to all ghetto youths, outcasts who were told and raised to believe that they didn’t deserve the best in life but against all odds made in life and are proud of where they come from," Dax shared.

Signed under Firebase Crew, both artists have opened up about being inspired by their leader Bobi Wine. They also give him a shout out in the song for all that he has achieved.

Currently, Zex Bilangilangi is one of the few artists who have managed to remain consistent despite the challenges facing the Ugandan music industry. Last year, he trended across the country thanks to his ‘Magazine’ hit.

On his part, Dax Vibez; the young brother to Bobi Wine is known for his jams that include; ‘Until I Met U’, ‘Naye’ ft. Feffe Bussi, ‘Nze Wuwo’ and ‘Come By’ among others. He is currently trending thanks to his hit song 'Leero'.
