“Seems buying views and using bots is becoming a trend in Zed right now. Is it industry pressure or it’s the new normal?” Roberto posed.

He says that while some think he is old school, he stays with the fact that this is deceiving and he cannot understand its logic. Roberto’s sentiments sparked a divisive debate on social media.

Some of his fans supported him while others said those opposed to the use of bots are jealous.

“When a superstar says that means it’s true no need ati jealousy awe bots is there and u can’t compare yo boy to the star boy puli big difference apa,” LTX Lingson said.

“This is soooo true don't say Roberto Zambia is jealous, no wonder these guys has views but no money instead of getting paid it's them paying for bolt plays. Do you know how much you can make in a million views? Sometimes you should be understanding things in all the angles,” Mc Evaristo explained.

However, the other camp says that good music will always perform well despite using bots.
