Fik Fameica Apologizes after Failing to Perform in South Africa

Ugandan artist Fik Fameica has apologized to his South African fans after failing to perform at his much awaited show in the country.

The rapper was scheduled to perform at a show on Saturday, 30th/10/2021 at Leonard Hotel Sandton, but just as soon as he touched down at O.R Tambo Airport in South Africa, he was intercepted after authorities noticed that his Visa and work permits that were to enable him perform in South Africa had issues.

The self-styled Fresh Gang rapper was flown back to Uganda at that point therefore missing his show.

Taking to his social media handles, Fik Fameica apologized for the inconvenience and promised to make up for the missed show.

"Yesterday I left Uganda for South Africa to attend the show that is happening on 30th/10/2021 this Saturday at Leonard hotel Sandton. When I got to South Africa it was noted that my visa/working permit had issues, unfortunately we didn’t detect this coming.

"I had to cancel my onward travel to South Africa and return to Uganda this evening. I apologize for inconveniences to all of you who really anticipated my physical presence, absolutely. I will be able to be with you in various shows time to come, One love," he concluded.
