Nigerian singer and songwriter, Mayorkun has shared the official music video to his most recent single dubbed ‘Back In Office’.

The Afropop star dropped the new single a week ago following his announcement that a new album was on its way this October.

‘Back In Office’ is the album’s lead single and is also named after the project.

With the audio still enjoying massive airplay, Mayorkun drops this amazing music video which perfectly captures the mood of the song.

When announcing the album, the 27-year-old singer mentioned the fact that he had been working under the radar as he was not sure whether the project would drop and therefore uses the song ‘Back In Office’ to announce that he’s back in doing what he knows best – making hit singles.

In the TG Omori-directed visuals, the mood of Mayorkun fans is captured as they welcome the Afropop star ‘Back In Office’.

The video shot in Lagos, Nigeria, starts with the singer arriving in a boat amid jubilations from his fans and they get more excited on sighting Mayorkun wave at them as he makes a grand entry.

‘Back In Office’ visuals dropped on October 8, 2021, just hours after Mayorkun announced that the highly anticipated sophomore album will be arriving on October 29, 2021.
