Testament that she enjoyed her own performance, the Amapiano Queen said  “Congratulations on MAMBISA FEST! @mas_musiq super, super happy for you. Had a jump! Much love.”

Four months after the release of ‘Woza’, the song finally hit one million views on YouTube.

‘Woza’ is a great Amapiano song rooting for happiness and taking a breather to enjoy life once in a while.

Speaking during a recent interview, Sha Sha noted she knew nothing about Amapiano until she met DJ Maphorisa.

“I made so many tracks when I was still at home and not one of them was Amapiano. I was doing more pop and RnB sounds at the time. That’s what polished my vocals, apart from the years singing at school and church.

“…It was simply in the right place at the right time. I had a regular taxi driver in Joburg whom I shared my story with and he coincidentally knew DJ Maphorisa. The driver was kind enough to introduce me to Maphorisa and it has been a rollercoaster ride ever since. I started laying down vocals in the studio, Kabza did his thing and that’s how it began,” she added.
