Mother’s Day One on One with Dr. Louisa, Stonebwoy’s Wife
At the start of the campaign, some social media commentators called upon top Ghanaian artistes to add voice to the campaign to give it relevance.  While some musicians such as the dancehall artiste Stonebwoy did not respond positively on the call, Sarkodie responded in tweet on Saturday May 8th, 2021 where he wrote:
“I’ve always supported #FixTheCountry agenda since the beginning of my career through my music. I know they (politicians and political party followers) intentionally politicize my opinion (even when they know it’s the truth) to save their party, thinking I’m attacking a particular party. I don’t explain myself because people with political ears and eyes will never accept it and try to attack my submission and that has been our biggest problem as a country and that is one of the main reasons why we are stagnant”
