Nigerian Afrobeats queen, Tiwa Savage is readying the release of her next studio project, the Water and Garri EP. The Motown Records songstress got fans excited when she shared a clip of her and Pharrell Williams with Pharrell giving her a review of what he thinks of the project.

Tiwa Savage hosted the award winning American producer to a private listening session of the Water and Garri EP and yes, like you’d expect, Pharrell was left impressed with the quality of music he heard. 

In the short clip shared by Tiwa Savage via her instagram handle, Pharrell can be heard complimenting the project. He says the project is not a commercial but a classic. He further went ahead to say that anybody that don’t get it or doesn’t appreciate the music from this EP shouldn’t be listening to music at all.

Coming from such a seasoned singer and record producer, it’s quite clear that we’ll be getting absolutely top tier quality music from Tiwa’s forthcoming EP.

Details of the release is still being withheld by Tiwa Savage but it doesn’t look like we’re going to have to wait too long to get this one.
