Zulitums Addresses Alleged Beef with Maro

Ugandan producer cum musician Zulitums has dismissed claims that he is beefing with RnB singer Maro.

Zulitums had been working at Maro's 'Volume Up' studio for quite some time, but parted ways with the former in April 2020.

His exit created speculation that he had a beef with Maro.

Speaking during a recent interview with Livewire, the 'Easy' hit maker trashed the claims stating that Maro has been nothing but supportive towards his career from the beginning.

"We are very good friends and we talk often. We bond a lot because he is not only my friend but my brother," he opined.

While being unveiled as an artist in an exclusive party last year, Maro did attend the eventdespite being in the country.

"He had earlier alerted me when I sent him the invitation because he was very busy with the process of settling in Germany. He had a lot on his plate and I understood this," Zulitums explained.

Social media was awash with reports that Maro didn't take Zulitums' exit in good faith. However, Zulims notes that: "When they contacted me in lockdown, there was no transport but Maro moved with me three times to come and discuss the deal with these guys, so they are all lies."
