As we start the countdown towards the end of 2020, we take you through three of the top Extended Plays (EPs) that female Nigerian artists have released this year.

Quarantine Playlist - Teni

At a time that many people were confirned in their houses due to Coronavirus pandemic that had seen a number of restrictions imposed, Teni dropped this EP, specifically for those that had no other thing to do apart from staying indoors.

The 'Quarantine Playlist' EP was released in April 2020 and houses four tracks with Teni teaming up with DJ Neptune.

Tracks in the EP are: 'Morning', 'Isolate', 'Lockdown' and 'Mine' with production work done by P.Prime, Tempoe and Dera.

For Broken Ears - Tems

Tems is an alt-R&B singer whose vocals can easily be taken for a British singer save for inclusion of Pidgin in her songs.

The singer famed for 'Rebel' single dropped the 'For Broken Ears' EP early in October and houses the top+performing hit 'Damages'.

Tems produced two of the 6 tracks in the EP with Oimeza, Odidi and Spaxx.

Omeiza, Odidi and Spaxx also getting credit for production work.

Restless II - Simi

This is a 6-track EP released in October that sees Simi feature her husband Adekunle Gold, rapper MS Banks and singer Wurld.

The EP is a follow-up to the hint single 'Duduke' and a collabo with LadiPoe dubbed 'Know You' that Simi dropped this year.
