Tanzanian singer Alikiba has issued a sublime attack aimed at Wasafi Classic label musicians over their conduct during the election campaigns.

In the course of the campaigns, most of the Wasafi musicians led by Diamond and Rayvanny encouraged fans to accompany them while leaving venues.

During such events, fans were reportedly injured. However, after his sets, Alikiba never encouraged fans to accompany him out of the venue.

Speaking during a recent interview, Alikiba termed the behavior by fellow musicians as mediocre.

He noted that the habit was endangering the lives of fans. “I can call it mediocres, that is mediocre. Muda mwengine mnahatarisha amani kwa sababu kuna watu walikuwa wanaumia...askari walikuwa wakataza watu...kwa hivo kitendo kilichikuwa kinafanyika pale ni mediocre,” said Alikiba.

Kiba termed the behavior mediocre in relation to his single dubbed ‘Mediocre.’ The song that came out two months ago was allegedly aiming for both Diamond and Harmonize.

In the song, Alikiba noted that some musicians were high headed after achieving short term success. He said being as a veteran bongo musician, he should be given the respect he deserves.

The singer is currently flying with his ‘Nibakishe’ collabo with Nandy.
