I’m excited for this project really as it’s officially the beginning of my journey, and I’m so mad passionate about songwriting right now.

The project was inspired by me wanting to experiment with different sub-genres of Afropop and afro soul music, and me feeling to explore sone of my songwriting skills, it’s about to be lit fire"

The 5 tracks project include the songs “Fe Mi, Bola, Scum, Starve, and Kudi”, written thematically to experiment with subgenres of afro soul and pop, the songs have been mastered by Camilo Silver.

A brief Bio in Ayola indicates, that Ayola was born in Osun State and raised in Kwara State, Ayola grew up singing at home, and his career picked up by competing with his mother over who had the better voice, and listening to the nostalgic Afro-juju songs of King Sunny Ade on road trips with his father. “I think that kinda taught me what good music sounded like,” says Ayola.
