Moriah Entertainment Signs Australian-based Gospel Singer Charles Kagame

Rwanda’s Moriah Entertainment has announced the signing of Australian-based Rwandan gospel singer Charles Kagame.

Kagame is a budding gospel musician who has defied odds to uplift the lives of his fellow countrymen and women through inspiring gospel music.

Moriah which is an entertainment powerhouse in Rwanda’s capital, Kigali will promote Kagame’s music projects in Rwanda and Australia where he has lived for a while.

Kagame has a few hits including; Ntuzibagirwe, Naragukunze and Tubagarure.

While addressing the press after inking the deal with Moriah Entertainment, Kagame said he is assured of a better future since the local gospel music has a reputation of nurturing budding artistes.

“Am honored to work with a professional music label that has molded many local gospel giants in gospel arena. I have no words to explain how happy I am to work with a legendary record label Moriah known for producing talented gospel stars. I have no doubt that my music will be uplifted to another level in future because I know Moriah to be good at what they do or touch,” he told KT Press.

Benjamin Musoni, Moriah Entertainment’s artistic director, pledged to support and nurture Kagame to greater heights in his music career.

“Moriah had stopped managing artistes for years, but we saw Charles’s talent of singing, writing songs and his strong vocals are super. No doubt we will spice up his already established music skills to turn him into a big gospel music icon,” Musoni said.

The label has been there for over a decade and is famed for nurturing Aline Gahogaire, Patient Bizimana and Gaby Kamanzi who are doing excellently in the gospel music industry.
