Rare Show of Love as Octopizzo Congratulates Khaligraph for 2020 BET Nomination

Top Kenyan rapper Octopizzo on Tuesday surprised many after he set aside his differences with his arch rival Khaligraph Jones, and congratulated him on his BET nomination.
In a tweet, Octopizzo wished Khaligraph well in the contest and urged his supporters to vote for Papa Jones in a bid to bring the award home.
He, however, noted that his differences with Khaligraph will remain as it is.
“We’ve always had our differences and that will remain like that. But Congratulations Brayo aka KJones on your BET nomination, All my die hard go vote for jones, na akishinda hio award namvutisha vela Cha lazima si ati nini. All the Best,” he said.
Octopizzo and Khaligraph are arch rivals with each claiming to be the best rapper in the country.
Khaligraph has been nominated under the Best International Flow category and will battle it out with other rappers from across the world.
Other rappers who’ve been nominated for the same award include; Meryl (France), Kaaris (France), Nasty C (South Africa), Stormzy (U.K.), Ms Banks (U.K.) and Djonga (Brazil).

It is worth noting that Khaligraph and Nasty C are the only African rappers who made it to this category, an indication that they are the greatest in the craft.
“Yooooooooh, KHALIGRAPH JONES IS A MOVEMENT, My 1st Ever BET Nomination in The Best International Flow Category, The OG Shall be respected,” he posted on Instagram.
The award gala is set to happen on October 28, 2020.
