A Kenyan man from Kisii named Antony Tony has been identified as the complainant who led to the pulling down of the ‘Chehe’ video by Zuchu and Diamond Platnumz.

Speaking on Thursday, the WCB digital team noted that they managed to trace the complaint who demanded a job from the label before closing the claim.

The team’s representative identified as Kym Kaindo stated that with the help of authorities, they have managed to unmask the man including his location.

According to Kym Kaindo, the matter is now being handled by authorities since the complaint was not genuine.

WCB has been working with its Kenyan team to unravel the matter.

Kym stated that WCB enjoys a cordial relationship with YouTube hence the quick resolution of the matter within three days as opposed to one week.

Speaking on the video deletion, Zuchu noted that the news sent her into a panic mode considering that everything was original.

Zuchu further faulted YouTube’s policy for allowing any individual to launch a copyright claim without looking into their background.

The ‘Cheche’ video was part of the Zuchu double release early this month. She also dropped ‘Litawachoma’ featuring Diamond.

By press time, the ‘Cheche’ video had amassed over 2.7 million views.
