Diamond’s ‘Jeje’ Hit Dominates Zambian Top 10 Mdundo Chart

It is mindboggling that Tanzanian superstar Diamond Platnumz’s ‘Jeje’ song which was released some months back is still among the most listened to songs in Zambia.

Surprisingly, ‘Jeje’ ranked top in this week’s Mdundo’s Top 10 Weekly Chart. However, it is a week triggering an interesting debate as Tanzania, Nigeria, South Africa and Jamaica take the top 10 spots in the weekly charts for Zambia.

No Zambian song has managed to feature in the top list for this week despite having great hits going out in the past few weeks.

The first Zambian on the chart is Jemx at position 35 with his hit song ‘Ndelwishikanafye na life ft Jae Wizzy’

Most of the songs that have topped the charts are tunes that have been there for months, some dating back to a year ago.
