Legendary Tanzanian musician Lady Jay Dee has dropped a new love song dubbed ‘One Time’.
‘One Time’ revolves around a lady wishing to stay with her man always. In the song, she reminds him of the good days they had and wishes to hold onto those memories.
“Siku zinaenda sana, I’m tryna go slow my true love, please darling tell me why, when, where? All night tulicruise tukadrive don’t leave my side I need you here baby. Stay by my side don’t go outside in the rain, tukae pamoja tucheke tufurahi…..” the song’s lyrics read in part.
Like most of her songs, she has nailed the vocals and reminded us why she is one of the best vocalists in East Africa.

Lady Jaydee’s dynamism has been showcased in this song as she smoothly jams to a Reggae beat, despite RnB being her stronghold.
