Konde Gang’s Ibraah Drops New Song ‘Nitachelewa’

Konde gang’s fast-rising musician Ibraah has dropped new song dubbed ‘Nitachelewa’.

‘Nitachelewa’ is Swahili phrase that loosely translates to ‘I will be late’. ‘Nitachelewa’ is a song of man assuring his woman that he loves her and if she leaves him, it will take pretty long before he heals.

 “Sijui hata nifanyeje, sijui hata nifanye nini mie, maana hata siamini, Aaah Uuuh No, Nilikula kiapo nikungoje ila bado haingii akilini,maana nishakula yamini ya we, eh kwa mashogazo ulichota mafumbo, ngoja ngoja inaniumiza tumbo, masikini ushafwata kumbo,yaani umesepa…” the song’s lyrics read in part.

Ibraah possess a mellow voice that you’d definitely want his music in your playlist.

The new release comes few months after the launch of his EP ‘The Steps’ that is still doing very well on digital platforms.

Barely six months after he was unveiled, Ibraah has become a big name in the Bongo music scene. Fans have embraced him and have been turning up in large numbers for his shows.

The success he has achieved in under six months is proof that have a good management is key to excelling musically.

At the moment, only the audio version is available with the video expected later. On YouTube, the song has over 150,000 views in one day an indication that it is set to be a massive tune.
