Linex Mjeda Drops New Song ‘Kesho Yangu’

Weeks after announcing that he will dropping a new 5-track EP dubbed ‘Dunia Nyingine’, Linex Mjeda has dropped his first song titled ‘Kesho Yangu’.
‘Kesho Yangu is a gospel song of a remorseful man that had gone astray but now is seeking God’s grace.
“Niliangamia kwa kukosa maarifa hofu ya Mungu tena nikaweka kando sikuaogopa hata kufa, Nyota ya Umaarufu ikafifia, Ikafa ndoto ya kuwa star mkubwa maombi yangu yakawa hayajibiwi hata nifunge na kusali…..” the song’s lyrics read in part.

From his lyrics he reminisces days when he was a big star and had a good music career. However, things changed, and he know asks God to come his rescue and bless him as he seeks Him more.
He acknowledges that tomorrow is not guaranteed thus asks God to change his life.
The change of tune by Linex comes as a surprise to some fans who are struggling to understand his stance.
Watching the video, we cannot dismiss the fact that Linex chose a very beautiful location for the visual ambience.
The song is slowly gaining traction on YouTube an indication of better days ahead as fans wait for the other four songs.
