Alikiba’s Kigoma Shows Lives Up to Expectations

Bongo singer Alikiba on Friday held an electrifying concert in his home town of Kigoma.
The concert was Alikiba’s first event in the region in almost a decade hence dubbing the show ‘Alikiba’s homecoming show.
The show which had been marketed extensively in recent weeks lived up to the expectations with fans filling up the Tanganyika grounds.
Alikiba’s performance was greeted by cheers from the crowd who wanted to get a glimpse of the artiste.

Kiba was accompanied by several musicians from his Kings Music label alongside rapper Billnas and singer Marioo.
Videos circulating online shows an excited Kiba thrilling fans with his popular hits like ‘Dodo’ and ‘So Hot’.
When he arrived in the area on Wednesday, business came to a standstill with crowds lining up along the road to welcome the star.
Reacting to the warm welcome, Alikiba stated that the reception he received was like a scene from a movie.
“Just like a movie, but it’s true Am in the city KIGOMA,” posted Alikiba.
The Kigoma homecoming concert was his first since the Tanzanian government cleared musicians to host shows across the country.
