Celebrated Kenyan rapper Octopizzo has dropped a new emotional video dubbed ‘Another Day’.

‘Another Day’ highlights the challenges a number of Kenyans, especially those living in slums are facing during this time of crisis.

In the song, Octopizzo narrates the plies of the less fortunate, noting that even though they may not get their desires today, tomorrow will come, and they’ll have ‘Another Day’ to try make things better.

The video shows Octopizzo distributing food and other necessities to the most affected members of the community.

“If the world Situation we are in at the moment isn't inspiring you to make a difference, then you've lost your humanity,” Octo posted on YouTube while sharing the song.

The video is doing extremely well online, with over 67,000 views on YouTube in less than a day.

Octopizzo has been in the frontline fighting for equality in Kenya, and even has a foundation aimed at helping the less fortunate in society.

Last week, Octopizzo made headlines after he joined hundreds of Kenyans protesting outside the United States Embassy in Kenya over police brutality, and the murder of George Floyd.

In an Instagram post before the protest, Octo made a bold statement on the issue, rallying his supporters to condemn the vice.

“If you are a white friend, colleague or work mate and you are keeping silent or “neutral” during this time. I don’t wanna talk to you anymore and I hope you know why. If you are neutral in situations of injustice, you have chosen the side of the oppressor. Concerning non-violence: it is criminal to teach a man not to defend himself when he is the constant victim of brutal attacks…,” his post read in part.
