Queen Darleen Explains Why She’s Delayed Releasing New Music

Self-proclaimed first lady of Wasafi Records Queen Darleen has come out to explain why she has not been releasing new music frequently.
According to unconfirmed reports, Darleen’s alleged pregnancy might have hampered her from dropping new music regularly.
However, speaking during an interview on Tuesday, the ‘Kijuso’ hit maker pointed out that her music work is going on normally, and the delay in releasing new projects is all strategic.
Darleen further revealed that she has finished shooting a new music video which should be released later this week.
“Im going on with my projects normally, in fact, my fans should expect a new song later this week,” said Darleen.
During the interview, Darleen neither confirmed nor denied that she is expectant, maintaining that even if that was the case, her music projects will continue as scheduled.
“I can't stop making music because of pregnancy. Pregnancy is not a disease. Its something I’m proud of. Life has to go on as planned,” added Darleen.
She, however, acknowledged that the current Coronavirus pandemic and the Ramadhan period might slow down her music plans for this year.
Queen Darleen is currently flying her with her latest hit ‘Bachela’ featuring her Wasafi counterpart Lava Lava.
