The coronavirus pandemic has created a standstill in the world, bringing most business activities to a complete halt.

Most counties are on lock down with residents being advised to stay at home, in a bid to flatten the coronavirus curve.

In a number of countries for example; Uganda and Kenya, the curfew and lock down period has been extended. While some are complaining about the extension, many are using this period to reflect on life.

Team No Sleep queen Sheebah Karungi is one of the few people that are embracing this period.

In a post on her social media pages, Sheebah noted that quarantine has given her enough time to rest considering the fact that before lock down, she was very busy in studio and running for different shows.

"Personally, I have gotten some rest, my skin is breathing more, no daily make up sessions, am reflecting on the fact that any physical business needs a back-up plan regardless of how good the business is. Am also getting to know myself better & that includes where I want to see myself 5 years from now. Plus this is the longest time I have slept in my bed, so I appreciate that too." Sheebah wrote.

She, however, noted that she misses her fans, performing on stage and the freedom she took for granted.

"But above all, I'm thankful for all my blessings. Can’t wait to get back on stage thou, I Miss performing! I miss the freedom which we use to take for granted. I pray you all stay safe. Take care of yourselves." Sheebah concluded.

The lock down in Uganda was recently extended and will now run until 5th May, 2020.
