Sarkodie Cautions Fans Against COVID-19

Ghanaian celebrated rapper and singer, Sarkodie, has cautioned his fans to stay safe and take the necessary precautions against coronavirus also known as COVID-19.
According to the BET award winner, most Ghanaians are careers of the deadly coronavirus but are walking about with it because the culture of checking up on one’s health status is still something new to the Ghanaian
He made this known when he was educating his followers on why they should stay home on his Instagram page.
“Reality is: Back home a lot of people rarely go for check-ups even when seriously sick ..we just know we will b fine but we dead wrong .. so I can only imagine the no. Of people with the virus still walking around .. guys it’s way serious than we think pls #StayHome“.
Ghana has so far recorded 195 cases of COVID-19 with 5 deaths. Two major regions, Greater Accra and Ashanti have been locked down.
