Kiernan Jarryd Forbes better known by his stage name AKA,is a South African rapper and songwriter. AKA is globally recognized for a number of smashing hits, ‘Run Jozi', All Eyes on Me' and ‘The World is Yours'. The South African rapper debuted 2019 with a mellow track dubbed ‘Jika' featuring Yanga Chief. AKA makes headlines once again with a brand new track dubbed ‘Main Ou's'. He enlists the services of fellow South African rapper Youngsta CPT.
‘Main Ou's' features the two rappers, dropping witty rhymes on awesome trap beat. The visuals for the track were shot in both Joburg and Cape Town. The Duo involves the community as they rap in the streets with a group of youth in the background supporting the artists.
A collaboration between the two artists was long overdue. In March AKA teased about doing a song with Youngsta CPT. ‘Main Ou’s' was worth the wait as the two rappers bring their A game making the song resonate with brilliance.
