KENYA: Sauti Sol 'Live and Die in Afrika'Tour Bus Gears Up For Meru This Weekend After a Rocking Show in Kisumu

From touring the lakeside, the acclaimed “Live and Die in Afrika” tour is headed to Meru this weekend (Saturday, May 7th, 2016).

This comes right after hosting yet another successful concert over the past weekend at Kisumu Simba Club, in a show that was charged thanks to Sauti Sol's electric performances and twin mcees: DNG and the comedian Eric Omondi.

Opening acts included the KISS FM’s winners of the star opening acts search: The creative Band of Kisumu. Other entertainers in Kisumu included DJs: Njambi Koikai a.k.a Fyah Mummah and DJ Kaffi. Sauti Sol also honored the late Papa Wemba by performing a medley of his songs in between their sets.

This week, the tour will be stopping over at Meru Technical for one of the biggest concerts Meru is set to witness in recent history. In Meru, Sauti Sol are expected to wow a varied audience as they perform songs off the album: Live and Die in Afrika. They will include Live and Die in Afrika, Unconditionally Bae and Shake Yo Bam Bam. All performances will be backed by their 8-man band, dance choreographer Chiluba and GQ Dancers.

The Tour takes on Meru this Saturday, May 7th, 2016 at Meru Technical.
