NIGERIA: Davido Donates N1.8M To A School In Rwanda

Nigerian singer, David Adeleke better known as Davido was on a music tour in Rwanda which is part of his 30 Billion Gang African Tour. In Kigali, Rwanda while on the music tour, he visited a music school where he performed.

Before his performance, the 'FIA' hit maker, promised to donate a sum of $5,000 which is equivalent to one million and eight hundred thousand Naira. The singer said the reason for his philanthropic act is because of the beautiful spirit of the students. He also gave them free tickets to his show.

He wrote on Twitter;

"As I always say "WE RISE BY LIFTING OTHERS" Visited a music school in Rwanda today, the beautiful bright spirit of the people i met there motivated me to donate to their future! One Love,Worldwide #30BG."

The concert took place on Saturday night at Amahoro stadium, Kigali.
